Okay all this is what has gone on for the last couple of days. Well on the 1st we had my husbands uncle and aunt over for a lunch time BBQ. The lunch was great we had hamburgers and fresh made buns mmm so good and lettuce from our garden. I cut up veggies and put out dip my husband said that was a great idea and he really enjoyed it. We did also have Timmy's doughnuts and that is where I lost it. I did have a few Tim bits and some cookies but I feel having a day to relax and have those few goodies is okay as long as I don't go over board. I also had a few french fries and I didn't go over board on that either. At the end of the day I did feel guilty for indulging and had to get over that.
So today was a good eating started with a blueberry pancake with half the fat margarine and a glass of skim milk. The blueberries were from our own garden so fresh and so good. So for lunch/dinner we made home made pizza on pita bread. We made one pepperoni, one cheese, and one ham and pineapple. I decided to make a tropical sauce which was a mix match of prego sauce, Bbq suace, ketchup, pineapple juice and vinager with a table spoon of brown sugar. It turned out great on the ham and pnieapple pizza. I tell you there wasn't one slice left, the kids and I love them. They are really low calories compared to a store bought pizza and way more tasty!!! WE LOVE PIZZA in our house and this is a great alternative from store bought. I had a very small ice cream cone it equaled 170 calories so not a bad day but I have to be careful I dont go back to old habits. I also went in the pool with the kids tonight we had a lot of fun. Think I'm going to end this day with a yogurt and cheerios. Have a good night all.
